Calculation of Postage and Shipping All deliveries to addresses within Australia are a flat rate of $10 per delivery. We use registered mail via Australia Post or reputable couriers.
International orders are sent via airmail and if possible parcels are registered. Please note that some countries do not have registered mail facilities. We will not mail to countries that do not have these facilities. International postage or shipping costs are calculated by weight. Shipping costs will be displayed as $0 at checkout and you will be contacted to advise shipping charges once your order is received. If you would like a shipping quote prior to placing your order please contact us.
The Greatest Gift of All takes the utmost care in packaging and posting of your items, however as stated previously in the Customer Service Policy we accept no responsibility for loss or breakage during transit once posted. Responsibility for postal loss or damage lies with the postal carrier or courier.
Delivery Times As many of our gifts are personalised or hand-made to order, delivery times may take up to 3 weeks. Gifts that are in stock and not requiring personalisation will be dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your goods in the quickest possible time.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will contact you within 2 business days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Greatest Gift of All if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
As a general rule please allow 10-21 days for delivery. We will inform you if the gift chosen will take the longer delivery time of 21 days.
