All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include 10% GST.
Delivery Times
As many of our gifts are personalised or hand-made to order, delivery times may take up to 3 weeks. Gifts that are in stock and not requiring personalisation will be dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your goods in the quickest possible time.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will contact you within 2 business days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Greatest Gift of All if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
Returns, Refunds & Credits Policy
The Greatest Gift of All Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during delivery by Australia Post or any other courier. We use reputable couriers and registered mail, use quality packaging and make every effort to ensure your gifts arrive in excellent condition. There are some things that are out of our control and we cannot be penalised for someone else’s carelessness.
We sell quality products. We do not accept returns or replace natural products, such as a crystals because of a natural flaw or fracture caused as a result of its creation in Mother Earth. In selecting products from suppliers we aim to ensure the products are of a high quality and standard. We will not pass on goods to you that are sub-standard quality.
Please choose carefully. The Greatest Gift of All does not accept returns on products that you have chosen and then don’t like when you receive your order. If you are unsure of a product from the description and photograph please contact us by email or phone to discuss the item in more detail before you place your order.

Clearance items or discontinued stock purchases are not refundable.
The Greatest Gift of All is willing to provide a refund or exchange of an item if on receiving the item it is found to be faulty, however contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.
How to make a returnAll refunds require a return authority number. Please phone +61295011457 or email admin@greatestgiftofall.com.au to obtain this number.
To return an item, please mark the return authority number on the parcel and a replacement will be arranged. Goods must be returned complete in the original packaging.
Return shipping and packaging costs will not be reimbursed unless the Greatest Gift of All has made an error in supply of your order.

Please note that items returned without the appropriate information cannot be processed and may be returned to you.
Also note that products that have been made specifically for you or personalised with your details cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If a refund is agreed to we will credit your credit card or provide a Gift Voucher / Gift Certificate which can be redeemed on any future purchase from our online store and is valid for 12 months
Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified
